The Power of Positive Self-Talk

My mom says even though I'm human and I'm going to have my good days and bad days. She constantly reminds me, "we are what we think." I am learning from mom that attitude is a choice. And so today, I want you to know that you are amazing, so own it! Whenever, I'm not feeling my best my mom and I would repeat a few lines of positive self-talk or positive affirmation.
